General
By using this website or placing an order with AVIRA UNIFORMS, you agree to these terms. Product images on this website are for representation; actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to fabric lots and screen settings.
Quotations
Prices are shared on quotation and depend on fabric, design, customisation, sizes and quantity. Quotations are valid for the period mentioned in the quotation, or 15 days if not stated.
Orders and confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation of specifications, quantities, price and delivery schedule, along with any agreed advance payment.
For customised orders, production starts after approval of the design and, where applicable, the sample.
Payments
Payment terms, including advance and balance amounts, are specified in the quotation or order confirmation. Delays in payment may affect delivery timelines.
Customer-supplied designs and logos
Customers confirm that they have the right to use any logos, crests or designs they provide. AVIRA UNIFORMS is not responsible for any claims arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Tolerances
Minor variations in shade, measurements and quantity within normal garment-industry tolerances are not considered defects.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
