Delivery timelines
Delivery timelines depend on order size, customisation and fabric availability. The expected dispatch date is shared in the quotation or order confirmation.
Delivery areas
We deliver to schools, institutions and trade partners in Delhi NCR and other locations in India. Delivery within NCR may be arranged directly; other locations are served through transport or courier partners.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are mentioned in the quotation. For larger orders, delivery terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Packing
Orders are packed size-wise or student-wise as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Receiving the order
Please check the number of cartons and their condition at the time of delivery, and inform us within 48 hours of any shortage or damage in transit.
