Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once fabric has been purchased or cut, or production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may attract charges for work already done.
Customised orders made to a specific institution’s design cannot usually be cancelled after sample approval.
Defects and replacements
If you receive products with manufacturing defects, please inform us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. After verification, we will repair or replace the affected pieces.
Size exchanges
Size exchanges for standard items may be possible subject to stock availability and the products being unused, unwashed and in original packing. Terms for bulk orders are agreed at the time of order.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or by bank transfer within a reasonable period after approval.
Non-returnable items
- Products customised with logos, names or institution-specific designs, unless defective
- Products that have been used, washed or altered
- Accessories such as socks, for hygiene reasons
